Toddlers hide in the playhouse, kindergarteners practice their finger dexterity at the small windows or the sensory labyrinth, and preschoolers learn to tie their shoelaces. What activities does the cottage offer?

On the roof, a black chalkboard and a shape sorter await. The walls feature things like zippers, a touch-sensitive lamp, a drawer, an alarm clock, a sensory maze, buttons, and of course, small windows and doors with latches. Busy Kids discovered that constantly opening and closing them, blinking, calling out "peek-a-boo," and throwing toys in and out is simply great fun. The playhouse is large enough for several children around four years old to play and hide in comfortably.

What does it develop?

As you can read in Busy Kids' tour of the playhouse, where they describe all the elements in detail, the playhouse develops creativity, sensory perception, and logical thinking. Children playfully train their fine motor skills and strengthen their hand-eye coordination. With more challenging elements, such as buttoning or snapping, they learn concentration and patience.

The Busy Kids playhouse is a meaningful wooden toy, inspired by Montessori pedagogy, that, unlike many of those flashing, pretending monstrosities, truly develops children. It's not only a welcome addition to families but also a worthwhile investment for kindergartens, nurseries, and playgroups. Each piece passes through Busy Kids' hands many times. Except for the laser cutting, which accounts for about 2% of the entire production process, everything is handmade. The playhouse consists of six panels, so if you don't have that much space for the whole thing, you can easily use just one activity board.

The Busy Kids playhouse is made of high-quality birch plywood, with laser-cut panels ensuring smooth edges. The paints used are water-based and therefore safe for toddlers. The product contains no screws; all elements are riveted together.
