Shipping

At MontiPlanet, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth, transparent, and reliable as possible.

Many products on our website can be purchased directly through MontiPlanet. These items are shipped by our carefully selected and trusted suppliers, with whom we work closely to ensure safe handling and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages whenever available, so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order. Please note that some items may ship from international locations, which can affect delivery times.

Shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout. Depending on the product, supplier, and destination, you may benefit from free shipping or see a small delivery fee. In all cases, you’ll see the full cost upfront before completing your purchase.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. If you ever have questions, our support team is always here to help.

In addition to direct purchases, MontiPlanet also partners with a network of trusted brands and retailers. For some products, you may be redirected to a partner’s website to complete your purchase. In these cases, shipping, delivery times, and returns are handled directly by the partner. We recommend reviewing their policies on their website before placing your order.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but it can happen that you want to return or exchange a product. Below you will find our return policy in brief:

Cooling-off period: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After that, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

Return procedure: Register your return within the cooling-off period by contacting us at [email protected]. We will then provide you with instructions for returning it. Return the product – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

Refund: As soon as we have received your returned product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days.

Return costs: The costs of returning the item are at your own expense.

Condition of the product: Handle the product with care. If the product is more damaged or used than necessary to assess it, a reduction in value may be charged. So make sure it is well packaged and handled carefully when returned.

Exchange: Prefer a different product after all? Exchanging is no problem. You can contact us within 14 days after receipt to exchange a product. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the item yourself.

Defect or damage: Quality comes first at MontiPlanet. Should the product unfortunately be defective or damaged within 14 days (without this being caused by use), please contact us at [email protected] or by phone. We are happy to look into it with you and provide a suitable solution (for example a replacement or repair). Please note: we cannot reimburse damage caused by your own use.

We kindly ask you to contact us first, preferably by email, with a clear description of your complaint at: [email protected]. We aim to respond to all messages within one business day. For formal complaints, we follow an internal complaint handling procedure and will provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If we need more time to investigate the matter, we will inform you within those 14 days and provide an estimated timeline for a full reply.

If your complaint concerns a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we will work closely with our fulfillment partners to arrange a suitable solution — whether that means a replacement, refund, or another fair outcome. Since MontiPlanet works with third-party suppliers and brands, some complaints may require coordination with them. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Please note that products purchased via affiliate links on external websites (such as Amazon or other third-party retailers) fall under the responsibility of the respective seller. Complaints, returns, or refund requests related to those purchases must therefore be handled directly with the retailer where the order was placed.
