It would take 1-7 business days to prepare and 7-19 business days to deliver the order. Shipping and production are 2 different processes. Each process has its terms. BusyWood is prepared and sends orders from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
BusyWood takes full responsibility for the delivery. In case of damage or loss of goods, they will send you a new product.

Delivery

Shipping to the United States takes 7-19 business days, shipping to Europe 9-19 business days (it takes a little more to Italy and Spain), and to Canada, and Australia 14-25 business days.

It should be remembered that during international transport there may be delays at customs.
