Outdoor play has many benefits for children. For example, building sand castles on the beach will promote children's senses while planting flowers will benefit their motor skills.

There isn't a set age when your child can do outdoor activities. You can take your 3-month-old baby out and let them feel the warmth of the sun or set up an outdoor jungle gym for your 4-year-old child.
