Birch Street Goods Star Tonging Activity Set

This activity contains:

2 handmade rope bowls (measuring approximately 45 inches across)
5 wool stars. (1.5-2 inches)
1 set of bamboo tongs
Tray not included

Start with a bowl of wool stars, invite the child to pick up each star with the tongs, and transfer it to the other bowl. Children may enjoy repeating the process again and again, which helps to build the muscles of the hand as they grasp and drop. If using the tongs is frustrating, the child can simply pick up one star at a time and place it in the other bowl.

These activities are a wonderful way to build skills for food preparation and cooking!
