Montessori Cylinder Blocks
The Montessori Cylinder Blocks or knobbed cylinders are sensorial materials. This classic wooden set consists of four blocks each containing ten wooden cylinders of varying lengths and/or diameters.

The primary goal of the cylinder blocks is to help children notice visual nuances. At a later stage, they will be able to apply language to these visual differences and prepare for math activities.
The Cylinder Blocks are recommended for children aged 3 to 6 years old as they will be introduced to the concept of diameter and height. Their motor skills, language, and math skills are also refined.
